The All Mountain Tourer is our touring specific models created for big adventures.

Its based on our classic AMC with streamlined dimensions and weight gaining properties such as a full carbon lay-up and a hybrid core. We developed a core specifically for this model combining both bamboo and Paulownia to create a light weight but powerful ski.

96mm underfoot keeps the freeride characteristics with ample float in softer snow conditions.

At under 1500g per ski this freeride set-up will be perfect for skiers who are out there earning turns and spending their time on multi day touring adventures.

As big mountain skiers we love to charge big lines - so when you want to explore further without compromising on the descent you need a ski that covers it all - and that’s exactly why we designed the AMC.

Built around the signature PFD full bamboo core, the AMC has a slimmed down 100mm waist, flat skin clip tail and a light overall weight for strong touring performance.

Whether mounted with a bomb-proof alpine binding or lightweight pin version the AMC can charge the pistes as much as it enjoys getting off the beaten track.

The flat tail and progressive tip rocker combine to make the AMC the most versatile model in the range - flotation when you need it, super agile with strong grip for firmer conditions. The full bamboo core with carbon & flax weave construction creates dynamic edge to edge responsiveness - a real feeling of extra power & energy between turns.

A super versatile freeride ski.

Designed to bridge the gap in the current range, we have captured some of our favourite qualities from the AMC and BMC to create a freeride ski that does it all. With a 108 mm underfoot, this new model has the classic PFD feel of a hard charging and stable ski but with a slightly shorter turn radius than its big brother the BMC, creating a dynamic and powerful style. A large nose for ample float and a progressive tail for a smooth release when turning. The skin clip tail adds to the versatility of this model allowing you to do short tours to reach those special places on a powder day.

The very first handcrafted ski born out of the PFD workshop - built with big mountains and big lines in mind. The flagship model we dreamed of creating from day one. Unhappy with the direction mass market freeride skis were taking, with big double rockers and super soft flex, we set out to develop a pure bred freeride charger…. a ski that loves to charge big lines with speed, whatever the conditions.

At the heart of the BMC is its full bamboo core - which creates the characteristic power and energy found across the whole PFD range. With 116mm underfoot, traditional camber and a large turn radius we’ve created a super stable ski that will give you the confidence to charge harder and go bigger.

Not every day is a Japow day but when they come along you want to be armed and ready.

Designed for maximum fun when things get deep - full bamboo core, 126mm underfoot with a fat double rocker and tapered tip - the Powder Charger is the most playful ski in the PFD range.

Lively and energetic in the powder with a surprising ease of turn for a ski of this size; unsinkable on the deepest days but still heaps of fun when things get tracked out and bumpy.

In developing the Powder Charger, we wanted to create a ski that could handle deep days in La Grave - where a typical powder day isn’t purely soft stuff from top to bottom. The result - a ski that still handles well on the hardpack and tight spots between the trees without sacrificing any of it’s performance in the deep stuff where it belongs.

BIG MOUNTAIN POWDER PLANK

The BMPP is a hard charging all mountain freeride board most at home on wide open powder faces or laying out large carving turns across an empty piste. This versatile freeride board has camber between the bindings and a full bamboo core creating both power and pop whilst remaining playful. In deep snow the long rockered nose and mini swallowtail makes the BMPP unsinkable and a true charger.

BIG MOUNTAIN POWDER PLANK SPLIT

We have taken the Big Mountain Powder Plank and created the BMPP Split, a true full charging freeride board allowing the rider to explore new terrains. The flax carbon fusion and full bamboo core creates a stable and powerful board while maintaining lightweight qualities for touring.

Updated tail design for the 22/23 season. Creating a greater connection point for skins.

This board comes standard with Karakoram clips fitted.
